When you arrive be sure to take a moment to
unwind a bit in our cozy sitting room, after your
journey to our North Fork.
We offer only two hotel size, comfortable guest
rooms, ensuring you of a quiet stay in an intimate
setting. Each room features king size plush
sleeping accommodations for maximum comfort
and its own private bath. The Captain's Quarters
offers a nautical theme while the Squire's Chamber
reminds one of the English countryside.
The rooms are air-conditioned and also have
ceiling fans. Each room also has a refrigerator, hair
dryer, iron, TV, a movie library, an assortment of
books, wine glasses, wine bottle cooler,
complimentary bottled water and snacks. Each of
the rooms includes its own sitting area.
There are many fine places to stay here on the
North Fork and each has its own special character
and features. The Blue Heron's Nest Bed and
Breakfast, in addition to offering you a romantic
sanctuary and convenient proximity to all of the
North Fork activities, our international
experience will ensure that your stay with us is
satisfying and memorable.

Is your husband or boyfriend reluctant to stay at a
B&B (some men are you know)? Tell him to relax,,,,
even James Bond would be comfortable in our
Captain’s Quarters or the Squire’s Chamber. Each
room is over 250 square feet and there’s plenty of
room to stretch out in our king size beds. The
rooms include a TV with a remote, a fridge to keep
the beer or wine cool, and most importantly you’ll
be with him to share that very special time
together. The Blue Heron’s Nest is located off the
beaten path without any nearby highway noise. The
only noise you may have to contend with are the
chirping whistles of the Osprey flying overhead or
the songs of our other wild birds. The only
neighbors that you have to be careful of are the
local deer. The style of the house, which was built
in 2002, is that of a classic Cape Cod design. It has
been furnished with a variety of English and
American antiques as well as a number of tasteful
and comfortable reproduction furnishings.

for walking. Our local bay beach is just a ten
minute stroll away. And, we are just a few minutes
drive to all of the activities in Greenport and to a

alone with your special someone, some time in a
place to relax and relieve tension and stress, or
